Good Habits Generate Massive Income: Ask The Panhandler

So, was 2008 a prosperous year for you or not and what will 2009, be like for you? Now, if you are like the most networkers 2008 was awful because you continue to struggle to achieve success within an identity that is negative in both feelings and mindset when it comes to selling. Hey, most people hate being sold, because the image of the salesman is that fast-talking hustler, who is trying to rip-off someone and everyone for that fast buck. Yep, the image of the salesman has never been positive, but sales is the highest paid profession in the world and that is one of the reasons why you started your own home business opportunity.

Okay, like most entrepreneurs you struggle with selling because you lack the sales or consultancy skills to generate consistent, predictable and long-term residual income. Let’s find a solution to your current challenge with selling and yes, you are in “sales” and no semantics it’s 2009 (checkout Oxford Dictionary).

What about your Habits? Jeffrey Combs, President of Goldenmastermind Seminars has frequently said, “you make up in habits, what you lack in skills”. So, if your sales skills are such that you couldn’t give away a millions dollars then, you need to develop habits that will compensate for your inadequacies as a sales person. Look at the panhandler, who lacks the skills to eloquently persuade people to give him money. Although, he lacks the skills he has developed the solid habit of always asking people to help him out and eventually, gets paid for his consistency. Well, if a homeless person or drug-addicted person can develop the habit of asking for the “sale”, what’s your excuse?

Let’s be honest, average habits generate average or below average results for obvious reasons; therefore, you must work to become exceptional, which is compensated with much more financial benefits.
